Soul work taps into the deepest layers of your being, accessing parts of yourself that transcend your conscious mind or everyday experiences. While many healing modalities focus on mindset or thoughts, soul work connects you with your core essence — the forgotten, hidden, or repressed aspects of your feminine power. This work integrates ancient spiritual practices with modern science through nervous system regulation practices.

Each session is designed to go as deep as you’re ready to. We work with intention and intuition, allowing the session to unfold naturally. Some women find they uncover a core limiting belief or pattern that’s been holding them back for years, while others reconnect with a lost aspect of their identity, like their sensuality or a part of their inner child that was playful and flamboyant but was often told off, and so became repressed. The depth is determined by where you are on your journey and what you’re open to reclaiming in that moment.

Resistance is a natural part of the process, especially when we’re working with the shadow or confronting parts of ourselves that have been denied or hidden.

I will guide you through the experience with compassion and attunement, and we use nervous system regulation techniques to create a sense of safety. I will not push you beyond that space.

We work slowly and with care, so if something feels too intense, we’ll address it without pushing you beyond your capacity.

This session is designed for women who have already begun their shadow work or spiritual journey. If you’ve done some inner healing and self development before, you’re ready for this level of activation. While you don’t need to be an expert in magick, having a foundation in personal development or spiritual practices will allow you to dive more fully into the experience.

This session is designed to create profound shifts in just one experience, but true transformation unfolds over time. For many women, one session acts as a powerful catalyst, sparking deeper integration and activation of long-held potential. However, ongoing work — whether through further sessions or personal practices — is essential for maintaining and deepening those changes. Like I always say, there’s not quick fix or magick wand. This path takes commitment and work.

I have a Bachelor of Law from Murdoch University and a Master of Science, Sustainability Management from Curtin University, Western Australia. I have over 15 years experience working in the corporate sector, both in Australia and the UK. I’ve spent the last 5 years in the executive suite, mentoring and managing large teams. My most recent role is as Associate Director of a large multi-national consultancy.

I’m also a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Reiki II practitioner and Crystal and Metaphysical Healer.

Outside of my lived-experience with complex trauma (c-PTSD) and my personal healing journey, I have undertaken a number of courses through NICABM and PESI AU.
